I am a native of Jackson, MS but relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2014. I graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Wildlife & Fisheries, Wildlife Science. Soon after, it became clear that I had another calling — Hair. From the beginning, I always enjoyed styling hair but did not know how much I would fall in love with this industry. I live for the moment of turning the client around & seeing the smile on their face. Knowing l brightened their day, is the best feeling ever. I began my hairstyling career with an apprenticeship, studying under Denishia Horton of The Color Den Hair Studio. In 2016, I acquired my Master Of Cosmetology License & I am presently working at The Color Den Hair Studio, with the best salon family I could ask for.

I specialize in maintaining healthy natural hair, natural hair pressing & styling. This career path gave me a sense of freedom, a creative outlet, & a home away from home.

When I am not at the salon, I spend my time enjoying family & giving back to my community through my nonprofit organization, W.A.R. The Peace Project.
